How to be Awesome

When I first saw this book, one thing came to mind; “man, people are such suckers for diet books… like you can change your body in 4 hours!”  But… I am not afraid to admit when I’m wrong, and I was.  This book is definitely topping my list of must haves.  It should really be called, How to be Even More Awesome: Diary of an Obsessive Madman.  It’s sort of like a exercise, nutrition, body conscious nerd’s bible of sorts… and since I got it, my boyfriend and I have been fighting over who gets to read it every night. Without trying to sound like a cheesy advertisement; this book is rad because…

  • There is something for everybody

Whether you are a woman who wants to achieve the perfect curves and a tight butt, or if you are guy who wants to gain muscular mass and increase his sex drive… it’s all here… even in the most unassuming of places.

  • Easy to read chapters, less than 30 minutes each

Each chapter is short and to the point; he’s accomplished how to make the biggest gains from the tiniest changes.

  • Tim Ferris, author of New York Times bestseller The 4 hour Workweek, is legit

Accessing professionals of all types; athletes, MD’s, trainers, nutritionists etc., there is a plethora of valid information to support his theories.

With over 50 topics covered, you’re sure to find something you like; whether it’s:

  • How to prevent fat gain over the holidays
  • Increase fat loss using cold therapy
  • Gain superhuman muscle and size in just 30 days
  • Improve sex drive
  • How to get “6 minute abs”
  • Or reverse “permanent injury”  (Just to name a small few…)

So, go ahead and read on… you won’t be sorry.  I guarantee by the end of about 3 chapters, you will be experimenting on yourself

If this little teaser doesn’t intrigue you, then I don’t know what will…

Until next time… Be even more awesome~

B&B is the favorite of my family. We have used Karlssons fish oil for years. It is tough to get the kids to take it by its self. Problem solved with B&B.
